The Induction program named as “Future proof” is designed to help the new management students adjust to the new environment, learn about the institution's culture, bond with other students and faculty, and explore their sense of purpose.

The program covers basic information and prerequisites for the management course, as well as value-added programs that promote the virtues of a successful professional, responsible citizen, personality development and life skills.

The program includes a variety of activities, such as:

  • Introduction
  • Overview of the department's strategies and goals
  • Sessions on the institution's culture, values, and academic expectations
  • Team-building exercises and social events
  • Workshops on career planning, leadership, and personal development
  • Guest lectures by prominent business leaders and entrepreneurs

Arts and Theater

The department uses art and theater to boost student learning, creativity, and teamwork. These activities help students to develop their communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, problem solving and overall well being.

The induction program is an important part of the management student experience. It provides students with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to succeed in their studies and their future careers.
